Wow, look at all the new items this month!

As business is going strong, Chef Brandon has been creating some new, wonderful items this month!

First is the blondie (pistacchio topped right now...). It's like a brownie and just as rich, only there is no chocolate! It has the wonderful texture of our brownies with brown sugar to round out its flavor (almost caramelly!!). It's great!

Second would be our brownies. Yes, we have always had brownies, but with the constant demand for smaller pieces so they can share, all of our brownies have shrunk to bite size pieces. So, instead of having one giant brownie in one flavor, mix and match flavors to have a taste of them all! We currently offer fudge, cream cheese, German chocolate, caramel fudge, and peanut butter!

Do you like the Ultimate Devil's food cakes?? Well here's a new one for you to tantalize your taste buds. Ultimate Caramel. We took our devil's food cake, surrounded it with a caramel mousse, glazed it with our chocolate glaze and placed the whole thing on a vanilla shortbread cookie. It's to die for!

The last new edition this month is Fair Trade Organic Nicaragua Segovia coffee from Kaldi's. As our beloved El Salvador Apaneca has finished it's growning season for the year, we have added the Nicaragua to replace it. It's another nice bold, balanced coffee with subtle hints of strawberry-like acidity underlying a chocolate and walnut sweetness. Mmmm...
